New retail location marks second Cabinets Express showroom in southeast Michigan
BRIGHTON, Mich., August 3, 2021 — Cabinets Express, southeast Michigan’s local source for affordable quality cabinetry, announced today the opening of a new retail showroom in Brighton at 9962 E Grand River. Cabinets Express is a subsidiary of KSI Kitchen & Bath, the area’s leading kitchen and bath design firm.
“Cabinets Express has offered affordable and discounted cabinets to contractors and the general public for well over 10 years as a warehouse outlet,” said Tony Achatz, President and CEO of KSI Kitchen & Bath. “With the move to our new retail showroom on Grand River, we’re ready to share our quick, easy, affordable cabinetry experience with area residents.”
Cabinets Express offers affordable cabinetry with an industry-leading turnaround time of one to two weeks. Delivery service is available, and customers can also arrange for warehouse pickup. Moving from a warehouse outlet to a nicely appointed showroom in the heart of Brighton allows the brand to expand its presence with more retail customers. The showroom features multiple kitchen and bathroom layouts for design inspiration, as well as finishes such as hardware and faucets.
“We pioneered the Cabinets Express retail experience with our first showroom in Sterling Heights last year,” notes company principal Bryan Tolles. “It’s a fresh concept that makes selecting affordable, on-trend cabinetry a quick and easy experience. We’re happy to open a new showroom here in Brighton where it all started.”
Cabinets Express will host a two-week long Grand Opening celebration from August 16 through August 31, during which showroom visitors can explore kitchen and bath inspiration ideas and enter to win prizes. A drawing will be held for a grand prize consisting of a kitchen remodel that includes cabinets, countertops and hardware. Other prizes include a KitchenAid mixer and a variety of gift cards.
During the grand opening celebration, Cabinets Express will donate $100 to Habitat for Humanity of Livingston County for every order placed over $2500. “Cabinets Express has a long and proud tradition of supporting Habitat for Humanity by donating cabinetry for those in need,” says Matt Norton, Director of Sales for Cabinets Express. “This grand opening serves as an opportunity to raise awareness for Habitat’s mission to bring people together to build homes, communities and hope.”
The festivities kick off with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, August 16.
